While people like Ted Kennedy and his liberal friends have the gall to refer to  extremely qualified judges as  Neanderthals and "dangerous", either because of  (a) their race, (b) their religious beliefs, © their traditional American values, or (d) their nerve to oppose the liberal agenda; the almighty U.S. Supreme Court has been moving right along  filling the far left's shopping list of radical dreams.  Not only has the court over-turned a long-standing anti-homosexual law in Texas that outlaws the practice of gay sex, but they've chosen to NOT take the case of the Alabama Supreme Court Justice's fight to continue displaying the 10 Commandments in the court complex.  Considering our nation was founded on the principles of  Judeo-Christian religion…..and that the Supreme court as well as our Senate and House of Representatives begins each session with a prayer; I find that extremely hypocritical.  In addition to the overturn of the Texas law; the 9th Circuit Court in California has found the Pledge of Allegiance to be un-constitutional.  Last I heard; the Constitution forbids the nation from forming a state religion…..not individuals from stating their beliefs in one. If I'm not mistaken; our nation was founded on the basis of freedom of religion.  What's happened to change that?  As if these aren't enough; now the Massachusetts  Supreme Court has now decided that it's un-constitutional to deny the marriage of same-sex individuals.  Man…..our fore-fathers must be rolling in their graves.  I suppose to the average American going about their daily routine, the fact that perfectly capable judges are being filibustered by  the "loyal" opposition in the liberal left, means very little.  When you think about the aforementioned decisions and the long-range ramifications of them…...then, you get some idea of the gravity of the situation.  Since the left is unable to actually convince the majority of Americans of the correctness of their positions; they've lost control of both houses of Congress as well as the White House.  That leaves only the judiciary to push their socialist agenda.  Hence; you see a lot of legislation from the bench.  Illegal as it is; that's what is happening.  Until the Republicans can muster up the nerve and guts it takes to overcome the filibuster; our choices for the court will wither on the vine.  The U.S. Constitution states that a simple majority is all that's needed to place nominees on the court. Many times over; the candidates who've been allowed to come to a vote on the floor have surpassed the simple majority only to be denied by a Senate rule that allows the minority to dictate who gets to be considered in the proscribed manner.  While this is going on; more bad decisions are continually being made.  Not the least of these is the Michigan decision which states that skin color is important in sticking to a quota system which is obviously biased and is prejudiced against non-blacks and non-minorities.  In essence, it's reverse discrimination.  How can a judge decide that it's correct to fix a wrong by inflicting a wrong on someone else?  It's time we broke down the filibuster and got some decent judges in positions of power who can do some good towards bringing back traditional values.  While we're at it; let's find a way to remove judges who have anti-American values.  There's got to be a way to do this.  Before it's too late; we need to save our rights.  They're being eroded by leftists in the courts & in the halls of Congress.  We have to get them out of power before we no longer have a way of getting it done.
